Refund and Returns Policy

1. Order Cancellation

- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

- Refunds are applicable only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Returns Policy
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
- Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase receipt.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for damaged or defective products.
- Customers must return the product in its original packaging.
- Once we receive the returned product, a replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
